Sullair 750-1500 Two Stage Helical Screw Type, Direct Shaft Drive coupled to your choice of a Caterpillar or Detroit Diesel Electronic 4 Cycle Diesel Engine, Two-Stage High Pressure Air Drilling Compressor. Oil Field Skid mounted. Air-Cooled with a Air Cooled Aftercooler.

  8. Flow Capacity 750-1500 cfm      

 

Scope of Supply

  1. Sullair Series 21012XL Two Stage, Oil Flooded, Gear Drive, Direct Flywheel Mounted, 1800 or 2100 RPM Input Speed.
  2. Caterpillar Electronic Diesel Engines or Detroit Diesel Electronic Diesel Engine, 4 cycle, Six Cylinder, rated up to 750 bhp @ 2100 rpm heavy duty air filter with safety element, and heavy duty industrial muffler, 24 volt starter and alternator, flywheel mounted style  flexible coupling, with remote throttle control in panel.
  3. Two runner A-36 wide flange oil field skid with 6" lifting pipes both ends.
      a) containment skids available as an option
      b) offshore and helicopter lifting racks available as an option
  4. ACEC designed and fabricated weather tight, Control Panel Stainless Steel construction, vibration isolated, with Caterpillar or Detroit Diesel Electronic Display Module in front panel to provide instant readout of all engine temperatures and pressures, percent of load, fuel used and active and non active engine diagnostic codes, analog style gauges for all compressor temperatures and pressures, with High temp shutdowns on discharge both stages.
  5. Air Cooled tube and fin type heat exchanger with engine driven fan for engine jacket water, charge air cooler for engine turbo circuit, and Separate Tube and Fin Cooler for compressor Oil Cooler, and compressor after-cooler, driven by PTO from Compressor gear case thru a drive shaft. Using L & M Radiator Mesabi design that has field repairable tube, which carries a three warranty against leaks.
  6. 6"-10" Diameter, Vertical Style ASME Coded discharge Moisture scrubber with internal stainless steel demister after Discharge Air Aftercooler, with manual drain valve.
  7. 2" -3" schedule 80 piping from Air/Oil Receiver through to the final discharge of discharge Scrubber.
  8. Painted with primer coat and polyurethane topcoat customer color choice.
  9. Two sets of Manufactures operation, maintenance, parts and recommended manual supplied with unit for each component, extra copies available on request.
